Matt Bailey is an operating partner for a family investment company in Lexington, KY. His portfolio includes a plastic thermoforming company and a nutritional ingredients distributor. Prior to that Mr. Bailey was a senior executive at McJunkin Redman Corporation (now MRC Global), responsible for merger integration and North American marketing. Formerly, he was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and Andersen Consulting. His entrepreneurial experience includes launching Nuestro Banco, the first Latino-focused community bank in North Carolina. Mr. Bailey holds a BA from the University of North Carolina and a MBA from Duke University.


 

 

 

Gregory T. Burrell
Executive Council

Gregory T. Burrell is president and CEO of Terry Funeral Home, Inc. located in West Philadelphia, and also of The Burrell Group, LLC. The Burrell Group provides funeral home management and consulting services. He is a nationally recognized, 30 year veteran of the funeral business having raised more than $6 million for industry acquisitions, turning around a funeral home in North Carolina, and doubling the revenues of Terry Funeral home over a 3 year period.  Recognizing his expertise, in 2011 Mr. Burrell was General President of the National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association.

 

 

 

 

 

Sheila Jordan
Executive Council

Sheila Jordan is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of corporate experience in the areas of organizational development, process improvement and learning development. She helps organizations increase their flexibility, responsiveness and overall organizational performance as a way to maximize growth and sustainability. Ms. Jordan works with senior management to link the business strategy to organizational and operational processes to address a variety of issues including change management and organizational effectiveness.

A graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Human Resource Management, and a Masters in Instructional Design and Technology, in 1998, after having worked for several fortune 500 and Healthcare organizations, implementing process improvement and training solutions across the U.S. and internationally, Sheila started her own company, 3d Performance, Inc. 3dP established itself as a leading provider of organizational performance services – delivering practical solutions to large enterprise engagements for companies such as Kaiser Permanente, State of Georgia, IBM Global Services, Accenture, MARTA and the City of Atlanta. Sheila is now the chief executive officer of Knowledge Architects, LLC.
