C. Mark Arnold

C. Mark Arnold is an executive with proven background in finance, strategy, entrepreneurship, business and corporate development, and project management.   He is a Bi-lingual and bi-cultural leader with broad domestic and international experience.  His areas of expertise include:

During his career Mr. Arnold has held leadership and management positions in a number of organizations:  Gray Line of Tennessee (Vice President of Operations), Nuestro Banco (Founder & Chairman), BellSouth Corporation (Executive Director Corporate Development),  Banc of America Securities, SunTrust Equitable Securities, General Electric Company, and McKinsey & Co.  He holds a BA from Brown University and an MM in finance from Northwestern University.

H. Bryan Britt

Bryan has experience in investment banking and private equity serving growing companies in a variety of industries. During his career, he has successfully assisted in completing transactions totaling over $500 million. 

Bryan began his career as an analyst at Wachovia Securities in the Equity Private Placements Group.  Additionally, he was a member of the Loan Syndications Group at Regions Capital Markets where he assisted in starting up the platform.

He is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.  Bryan is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy. 




H. Beecher Hicks, III

H. Beecher Hicks III’s professional experiences have included work in both the private and public sectors where he has focused on building enterprises as a consultant, banker, investor and operating executive. Henry is now a partner with Red Clay Capital Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm with offices in Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA that is focused on making control investments in the southeastern United States.

Previously Henry was an operating principal with Onyx Capital Ventures where he led efforts to achieve top-line growth of more than 25% and was the primary liaison with large corporate customers. He was formerly an investment banker with Bank of America in Charlotte, NC and has closed more than $1 billion in middle market transactions as principal and advisor.

In 1998 Mr. Hicks was appointed by President William J. Clinton to be a White House Fellow. In this capacity he was Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service and launched the AmeriCorps Promise Fellows program on behalf of the President and General Colin Powell. Henry is board chair for the National Museum of African American Music and a member of the boards of directors for Leadership Nashville, the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation and the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.  He served previously on the board of directors for United Therapeutics Corporation (NASDAQ: UTHR) where he served on the audit and compensation committees.

Henry, who has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Morehouse College and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina, is learning to use Twitter (@hbeecher3) and enjoys writing to his blog, Dream Big Then Execute (, as well as tennis, golf and reading modern biographies and fiction. He is married to Crystal, a gifted elementary educator, and they have two sons whose voices seem to get deeper every day.
